#BuyBlack: 23 Black-Owned Businesses to Support On Black Friday
Black Millennials posses $162 billion in buying power as reported by Nielsen on October 17, 2016. Let that sink in. $162 BILLION. As a whole, Black consumers hold $1.2 trillion in buying power and that number is expected to increase to $1.4 trillion come 2020. Those are some powerful numbers (Source: Nielsen).
For the past few years, there has a been a major push (largely thanks to social media) to #BuyBlack and invest our money and power back into our community. For that reason, we’ve put together a list of a few of the many dope Black-owned businesses for you to support this Black Friday.
